目的探讨健康教育应用于小儿哮喘护理的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年1月在景德镇市妇幼保健院治疗的60例小儿哮喘患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗和临床护理,在此基础上观察组给予患儿和患儿及家属健康教育。比较两组患儿住院期间哮喘发作次数和患儿家属的哮喘知识知晓情况以及哮喘复发情况等。结果观察组患儿住院期间哮喘发作次数少于对照组,哮喘复发率低于对照组,患儿家属的哮喘知识知晓优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育应用于小儿哮喘护理的临床效果显著,能够有效提高患儿及家属对哮喘知识的知晓率,改善患儿的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of health education on pediatric asthma care. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 60 children with pediatric asthma treated in Jingdezhen MCH were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group of children given conventional treatment and clinical nursing, on the basis of observation group given to children and their families and their families health education. The number of asthma attacks during hospitalization and the asthma knowledge of their relatives and the relapse of asthma were compared between the two groups. Results The frequency of asthma attacks in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the recurrence rate of asthma was lower than that in control group. The rate of awareness of asthma knowledge among family members was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of health education on pediatric asthma nursing is significant. It can effectively improve the awareness rate of asthma in children and their families, and improve the therapeutic effect in children.
