通过研究科技成果转化投入与产出、科技成果转化过程、科技成果转化环境、科技成果转化效果四个部分与科技成果转化系统中子系统的构成,建立科技成果转化指标体系。针对粗糙集理论在处理不完整、不精确数据上的优势,将属性重要度原理运用于浙江省与东部其他十省的评价问题,通过对比来反映浙江省科技成果转化的不足之处并提出改进方向。
Through the research into the input and output of scientific and technological achievements transformation, the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements, the environment for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements and the composition of the sub-systems in the scientific and technological achievements transformation system, the index system of scientific and technological achievements transformation is established. Aiming at the advantages of rough set theory in handling incomplete and inaccurate data, the principle of attribute importance is applied to the evaluation of Zhejiang Province and other ten eastern provinces. By contrast, the deficiencies of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Zhejiang Province are proposed and improved direction.
