本文测定了电烫去除双侧甲状旁腺(PTX、甲旁减)大鼠脑内与主要神经递质功能有关的酶活性及受体结合活性的改变,并与老龄大鼠进行了比较。结果表明,PTX鼠和老龄鼠脑纹状体腺苷酸环化酶(AC)活性明显降低,PTX鼠纹状体AC对外源性多巴胺(DA)的反应性明显下降,纹状体谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性明显下降。老龄鼠脑突触体膜对GABA?和DA_2受体的结合活性明显减小,PTX鼠与老龄鼠呈相似变化。提示长期钙代谢失调可导致脑的神经功能紊乱和老化。
In this paper, we measured the changes of the major neurotransmitter-related enzyme activities and receptor binding activities in the brain of rats with bilateral parathyroid (PTX, parathyroid) by perm, and compared them with those of aged rats. The results showed that the activity of adenosine cyclase (AC) in striatum of PTX and aged mice was significantly decreased, and the reactivity of exogenous dopamine (DA) in striatum of PTX mice was significantly decreased. The striatum glutamate Decarboxylase (GAD) activity decreased significantly. The binding activity of GABA (superscript +) and DA2 receptors was significantly reduced in the brain of synaptosomal membranes in aged rats, and PTX mice showed similar changes with aging rats. Prompted long-term calcium metabolism disorders can lead to brain neurological disorders and aging.
