本文介绍了一种水化热抑制型镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂(MAC-RR),研究了其对混凝土限制膨胀率、抗压强度、坍落度变化和拆模时间的影响。此外,将水化热抑制型镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂应用于某大体积混凝土工程,测试其对大体积混凝土内部温度历程变化、开裂情况的影响。结果表明:掺入水化热抑制型镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂的混凝土对比空白混凝土,,7 d~180 d的抗压强度略有提高。混凝土膨胀持续期长,膨胀速率可控。混凝土工作性能良好,混凝土试验试块拆模延迟约5 h~6 h。在大体积混凝土工程应用中,掺入水化抑制型镁质高性能混凝土抗裂剂的混凝土对比空白混凝土,温峰降低9.7℃,温峰时间延迟24.5 h。因此有效降低了大体积混凝土内外温差,降低温升、冷缩过程开裂的风险,有利于提高混凝土的抗裂性能。
In this paper, a hydrous heat-inhibiting magnesia-based high performance concrete cracker (MAC-RR) is introduced. Its effect on the limiting expansion rate, compressive strength, slump change and demolding time of concrete is studied. In addition, hydrated heat-inhibiting magnesia-based high performance concrete anti-cracking agent is applied to a large-volume concrete project to test its influence on temperature history and cracking of mass concrete. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete with hydration heat-inhibiting magnesia high performance concrete crack resistance agent is slightly higher than that of the blank concrete at 7 d ~ 180 d. Concrete expansion of a long duration, the expansion rate controllable. Concrete work well, concrete test block demolition delay about 5 h ~ 6 h. In the mass concrete engineering application, the concrete with hydration inhibition magnesia high performance concrete anti-cracking agent is compared with the blank concrete, the temperature peak is decreased by 9.7 ℃ and the time delay of the temperature peak is delayed by 24.5 h. Therefore effectively reduce the mass concrete temperature difference between inside and outside, reducing the temperature rise, the risk of cracking during cold shrinking process is conducive to improving the crack resistance of concrete.
