S195机油泵是用于S195柴油机的润滑油泵。它是一种内啮合圆弧-泛摆线齿轮泵,由泵体、泵盖、内转子、外转子、密封垫片等组成。该泵在改进前,泵体和泵盖接合面渗漏油,虽然零件加工精度等均达到甚至超过设计要求,但总成性能仍达不到“不渗漏”的质量标准,影响主机“三漏”质量。技术要求是在不影响机油泵与主机装配通用化的原则下,保持泵体泵盖密封面拆卸方便、不损坏垫片、调整方便而又确保密封效果好,我们在泵体泵盖之间增加三只M6×18内六角螺钉和在垫片上开回油槽。经过两年来数万套的批量生产,实践证明,对于消除渗漏效果显著。现介绍如下:
