近几年,干警“跳槽”现象时常冲击着公安队伍,一_时成为人们谈论的热门话题。然而,正当一些人对“跳槽”现象津津乐道的同时,我们发现,“跳”出去的干警中有一部分人通过各种方式表示愿意重返公安队伍。例如据某公安分局的跟踪调查表明,愿意重返公安的有23%,另有47%左右的虽未提出重新归队,但对新单位、新工作也不尽满意,有不同程度的难言之苦。 为什么会出现这种情况?经调查大致有以下几种原因:一是不懂业务,无法胜任新工作。
