绪言企业使用人才问题,在当前情况下是一个所有管理者比较关心的问题。如何使用人才使企业利润最大化,或者说利益最大化,这是一门科学,也是一门艺术。这里,笔者仅仅从企业和人的本性及相互关系的角度进行分析,以与读者共同切磋之。行为之前先澄清几个概念。一个是企业的概念,这里的企业,主要是指以盈利为目的的法人组织和合伙组织,其有自己的名称和章程,受到国家基本法律和《公司法》的规范与约束。另一个是人才的概念。所谓人才,就是指在自己的岗位上能够胜任并且能够给企业组织带来利润的劳动力,包括智力和体力,但不包括资本力。
INTRODUCTION The use of talent by businesses is, in the current circumstances, a matter of concern to all managers. How to use talents to maximize the profits of enterprises, or to maximize the benefits, this is a science, but also an art. Here, I only from the business and human nature and the relationship between the perspective of analysis, to explore with the reader. Clarify several concepts before you act. One is the concept of an enterprise. The enterprise here mainly refers to a legal person organization and a partnership organization for the purpose of profit. It has its own name and charter and is regulated and bound by the basic laws of the country and the Company Law. The other is the concept of talent. The so-called talent, refers to the ability to work in their own posts and can bring profits to the organization of the workforce, including mental and physical, but does not include capital power.
