青藏公路全长1937公里,二级路面,横贯着青海、西藏。这条公路于1956年正式通车后,像磁铁般地吸引着世界各国的汽车技术界,一致要求前来试车,笔者曾于1956年10月参加了中国——民主德国国际联合试车团获成功。目前青藏公路主要局限于单车运输,对发展半挂汽车列车,因高原气候的影响,尚存在着技术上的难题。笔者对青藏高原开发东风牌半挂汽车列车提出了一些肤浅性的见解,目的在于加速发展青藏高原的公路运输事业,以利于开发青海、西藏和我国其它高原地区。
Qinghai-Tibet Highway, a total length of 1937 kilometers, two pavement, across the Qinghai, Tibet. After the road was officially opened in 1956, it magnetically attracted the automobile technology community from all over the world and unanimously requested that it be tested. The author participated in the joint trial of China-Democratic Germany International in October 1956 and was successful. At present, the Qinghai-Tibet Highway is mainly limited to cycling transportation. There are still technical problems in developing the semitrailer train due to the influence of plateau climate. The author put forward some superficial opinions on the development of the Dongfeng brand semitrailer train on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The purpose is to speed up the development of highway transportation in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau so as to facilitate the development of Qinghai, Tibet and other plateau areas in China.
