14C is a radioisotope of carbon. It is widely used in pharmacy, medical treatment, agriculture, reconnoiter and archaeology. China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR) is a research reactor of high capability, the applications of which includes the radio nuclides production. Therefore, the technical scheme on 14C irradiation in CARR should be prepared elaborately.
