一、应用“口诀”教学手段,强化起跑教学效果。在起跑教学中,很长的动作要领学生是很难记清楚的,反复讲解其效果仍然不佳,为解决此问题,我在教学中采用简单的“口诀”记忆法。如起跑的要领口诀为:预备线上深呼吸,各就各位做蹲踞,听见预备膝离地,臀部抬起重心向前移,枪声响手离地,两臂摆动蹬跑器。学生背诵记忆后、教师按口诀师范起跑动作2~3次后,学生分组,
