目的:从免疫学角度探讨保肾颗粒剂的药理作用机制。方法:建立兔系膜增殖性肾炎(MSPGN)模型,观察保肾颗粒剂对模型动物红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型动物的红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICR)升高、红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)、红细胞膜分子CD35、CD58表达水平下降。经保肾颗粒剂治疗后,以上各值均有不同程度的恢复。结论:保肾颗粒剂能提高MSPGN模型动物的红细胞免疫黏附功能和红细胞膜分子CD35、CD58表达水平,其机制可能与保肾颗粒剂的免疫调节作用相关。
Objective: To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Baoshen Granules from the perspective of immunology. METHODS: A rabbit model of mesangial proliferative nephritis (MSPGN) was established to observe the effect of Baoshen Granules on red blood cell immune function in model animals. RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, the E-ICR, erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate (E-C3bRR), and erythrocyte membrane molecule CD35, CD58 expression were decreased in the model animals. After treatment with Baoshen Granules, the above values were restored to varying degrees. Conclusion: Baoshen granules can increase the erythrocyte immune adherence function and the expression levels of erythrocyte membrane molecules CD35 and CD58 in MSPGN model animals. The mechanism may be related to the immune regulation effect of Baoshen granules.
