对于人力资本的研究始于60年代初,在我国也已有十几年的历史,但长期以来一直把它作为一种生产要素来研究,即将之与资本、劳动力要素相并列,分析其在企业产出中的定性的与和定量的作用。而实际上,人力资本对企业的影响远不止于它对产出的作用,它对企业的整个制度安排都带来了深刻的影响。本文正是从人力资源与人力资本的区别来探讨现代企业中人力资本的内涵,及如何让人力资源成为人力资本。
