女性有性欲要求,或确有性快感,但达不到性欲高潮,医学上称为性高潮缺乏。性高潮缺乏并不是个别现象。据有关报道,性交中从末达到性高潮,只有很少次高潮和有时能达到高潮的妇女占44％。有的妇女甚至一生从末有过性高潮。妇女性高潮的表现也是多种多样的。例如,有的妇女夜间能有性高潮,白天则无:关灯能有性高潮,开灯则无;这种姿势能有性高潮,那种姿势则无,等等。性高潮缺乏的原因可分为两个方面:
