目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮(total flavone of herba epimediumon,TFE)对缺氧模型小鼠抗缺氧的药理作用。方法:利用实验室常压密闭缺氧装置,建立小鼠缺氧模型,并对TFE不同给药剂量进行对比,通过测定小鼠的存活时间、外周血象、大脑和肺脏含水率等指标,观察TFE的抗缺氧作用。结果:与模型组比较,TFE可显著延长小鼠在常压密闭缺氧条件下的存活时间,显著提高缺氧小鼠血液中的白细胞和红细胞的数量,减轻脑水肿及肺水肿的程度。TFE给药剂量为900 mg/(kg.d)时,抗急性缺氧的作用最强。结论:TFE对缺氧模型小鼠具有显著的抗缺氧作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of total flavone of herba epimedium (TFE) on hypoxia in hypoxic model mice. Methods: The model of hypoxia in mice was established by airtight hypoxia device in laboratory. The dose of TFE was compared. The survival time of mice, peripheral blood, brain and lung moisture content were measured to observe the effect of TFE Anti-hypoxia effect. Results: Compared with the model group, TFE significantly prolonged the survival time of mice under hypoxic conditions under normal pressure and elevated the number of white blood cells and erythrocytes, and the degree of cerebral edema and pulmonary edema. TFE at 900 mg / (kg.d), the role of anti-acute hypoxia strongest. Conclusion: TFE has a significant anti-hypoxic effect in hypoxic model mice.
