编制工程机械载荷谱需要大量实际工况下的载荷时间历程数据,为此,研究实时测试挖掘机载荷的方法。针对不同载荷,选用区别化的测试方案,设计易连接、可重复利用的信号采集系统。试验结果证明了此测试方法的可行性和准确性,为挖掘机载荷谱的编制奠定了实测数据基础。此测试方法具有广泛的通用性,可应用于农机、汽车以及船舶等多个领域。
Compilation of construction machinery load spectrum requires a large number of load time history data under actual conditions. Therefore, the method of real-time testing of excavator load is studied. For different loads, choose different test programs, design easy to connect, reusable signal acquisition system. The test results prove the feasibility and accuracy of this test method, and lay a solid data foundation for the preparation of excavator load spectrum. This test method has a wide range of versatility, can be applied to agricultural machinery, automobiles and ships and other fields.
