目的：研究紫外线照射自血回输冶法和复方丹参注射液在治疗脑梗死恢复期的疗效。方法：应用自血回输和复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期患者各２０例，治疗前后观察患者临床表现及血液流变学、血脂变化。结果：治疗后症状体征明显好转，血液流变学血脂各项指标明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：自血回输疗法在治疗脑梗死恢复期方面优于复方丹参注射液治疗。
OBJECTIVE: To study the curative effect of UV irradiation autotransfusion therapy and compound Danshen injection on the recovery of cerebral infarction. Methods: 20 cases of recovery from cerebral infarction were treated with autologous blood transfusion and compound Danshen injection. The clinical manifestations, blood rheology and blood lipid changes were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the symptoms and signs improved obviously, and the indexes of blood rheology blood lipids decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: Autologous blood transfusion therapy is better than Fufang Danshen injection in the recovery of cerebral infarction.
