干热风是危害小麦的农业气象灾害。亚、欧、中东、北非、苏联以及我国北方麦区,小麦抽穗至成熟期间经常遭受干热风,一般减产5~10%,重灾减产20%以上。近年来农学、气象、生理等各学科对小麦干热风的研究日趋深广,已基本阐明小麦干热风发生的气候规律、危害小麦的生理机制等,并在此基础上提出了综合防御措施以及今后待研究的一些问题。
