本文介绍了借助微型计算机代替常规测绘渐开线圆柱齿轮的软件设计方法。根据实测原始数据,计算机可以推算出不同啮合制齿轮的原始设计参数,并通过尺寸计算自动绘制齿轮的零件图。软件系统中含有供测绘用的数据信息。与常规测绘方法比较,整个测绘更加简化。通过实例验证,无论是对齿轮原始设计参数的推算,还是零件图的绘制都比常规测绘精确,可靠。是较理想的实用软件。
This article describes the use of a microcomputer instead of conventional mapping involute cylindrical gear software design method. According to the measured original data, the computer can deduce the original design parameters of different meshing gears and automatically draw the gear parts through the dimension calculation. The software system contains data for mapping purposes. Compared with the conventional mapping methods, the whole mapping is more simplified. Through the example verification, whether it is the original design parameters of the gear calculation, or the parts drawing are more accurate and reliable than the conventional mapping. Is the ideal utility software.
