自实施《食品卫生法》以来,我队坚持对空军驻穗部队食堂及对外饮食服务单位进行卫生监测。现将1994~1995年监测结果报告如下: 1 内容与方法 检查对象为空军驻穗部队的92个食堂,对外服务的45个餐厅(包括租用部队铺面房的个体餐厅),共137个饮食服务单位。检查定期分批进行,流行病季节突击抽查。
Since the implementation of the “Food Hygiene Law”, our team has insisted on the health monitoring of the Air Force Garrison Canteens and foreign catering service units. Monitoring results from 1994 to 1995 are reported as follows: 1 Contents and Methods The inspection targets were 92 canteens of the Air Force’s Sui unit, 45 restaurants for external service (including individual restaurants for renting units and shops), and a total of 137 food service units . Check regularly in batches, the epidemic surprise assault season.
