运用生活史访谈法和情景分析法,具体考察个体教师职业内流动的微观发生学情境和作用机制,可以发现,教师职业内流动是个体生命历程与社会制度环境相互作用的结果。新课程改革是教师生命历程中的重大历史事件,它以推动教师个体权力、声望、经济追求的方式直接推动教师职业流动,在这其中,职业声望成为新课改中教师流动的决定性诉求。在教师职业流动的制度性环境中,宏观的教育体制影响往往退居其次,不同学校内部的学校组织环境深刻地影响教师个体的职业认同。
Using life-history interviews and scenario analysis to examine the micro-genesis situation and mechanism of individual teachers’ internal mobility, we can find that the internal flow of teachers is the result of the interaction between individual life course and social system environment. The new curriculum reform is a major historical event in the life course of teachers. It directly promotes the professional mobility of teachers in the way of promoting the individual power, prestige and economic pursuit of teachers. Among these, professional reputation has become the decisive appeal of teachers’ flow in the new curriculum reform. In the institutional environment of teachers’ professional mobility, the impact of the macro-education system tends to be relegated to the second place, and the school organizational environment in different schools profoundly affects the professional identity of teachers.
