人力资源是图书馆所有资源中最可宝贵、最具潜力的资源,但是我国现阶段图书馆事业发展中却存在着片面重视硬件设施建设,轻视软件服务能力提高,特别是有忽视人才梯队建设的倾向,致使业务发展过程中出现了人才的断档现象。针对这种状况,本文以内蒙图书馆为例,初步分析了图书馆人才梯队建设的现状和存在的问题,在此基础上,提出具体的对策建议,以期最大程度利用图书馆的现有人力资源,实现图书馆事业的长足发展。
Human resources are the most valuable and potential resources in all the resources of the library.
