为解决鈇路机务、車輛段鍋炉房采用哪种型号鍋炉最合宜,鉄道部曾组織了鍋炉选型調查组,于华北、东北、华东等地路內外有关段、工厂进行調查。該項工作現已結束,所有資料均由第一設計院負責整理并分发給有关单位征求意見。这次共調查了十二个鍋炉房,其中5个是鉄路机务段、工厂的K型鍋炉房, 3个是D.KB型鍋炉; 4个系CT型鍋炉房。并在两个机务段鍋炉房中用仪表及水箱法同时对K型鍋炉作了蒸发量測定。根据仪表測定及查定,五个I<型鍋炉房的11台K型鍋炉均能达到或超过出厂額定蒸发量。但热效率較低,一般在間断运行时为40%左右,在連續运行时为63%。装有鼓风机的K_4型鍋炉,一般比自然通风的K_4型鍋炉增加蒸发量1~1.5吨/时。 B_(65),CT_4,CT_(65)型鍋炉亦适用于机务段車輛段生产及采暖用汽。
In order to solve which type of boiler is most suitable for the Kushiro maintenance and depot boiler room, the Bureau of Ramp has organized a boiler selection survey team to investigate relevant roads and plants in North China, Northeast China, and East China. The work has now been completed. All the materials are collected and distributed by the First Design Institute to the relevant units for comments. A total of 12 boiler rooms were investigated, of which 5 were the K-Road depot, the factory’s K-type boiler house, 3 were D.KB boilers, and 4 were CT boiler houses. In addition, the K-boilers were measured for evaporation at the same time by using the instrument and water tank method in the boiler rooms of the two depots. According to the meter determination and verification, the 11 K-type boilers of the five I< boiler rooms can meet or exceed the factory rated evaporation. However, the thermal efficiency is low, generally about 40% during intermittent operation and 63% during continuous operation. The K_4 boiler equipped with a blower generally increases the evaporation by 1 to 1.5 tons/hour compared to the naturally ventilated K_4 boiler. The B_(65), CT_4, and CT_(65) boilers are also applicable to the production of depots in the depot and heating steam.
