目的了解广西食品中肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7污染状况,为构建食品污染物数据库和防范食源性疾病提供依据。方法在广西南宁等6个市建立监测点,定期无菌采样,检验方法按照中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所统一的肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7检验方法进行。结果在6个监测市对6类食品共计1276份食品进行了监测检验,结果在南宁、柳州2个市的生肉中检出3株O157:H7,总检出率为0.24%,而生肉O157:H7污染率为0.46%。结论在广西首次证实生肉受到O157:H7污染,要高度警惕和防范肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7所致食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Escherichia coli O157: H7 in foodstuffs in Guangxi and provide the basis for constructing a database of food contaminants and preventing foodborne diseases. Methods Six monitoring stations were set up in six cities such as Nanning, Guangxi. The samples were collected regularly and sterilized. The test was conducted according to the unified test of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157: H7 in the nutrition and food safety of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results A total of 1276 foodstuffs of 6 kinds of foods were monitored and tested in 6 monitoring cities. Results showed that 3 O157: H7 were detected in the raw meat of 2 cities of Nanning and Liuzhou, the total detection rate was 0.24%, while raw meat O157: H7 pollution rate of 0.46%. Conclusion It was first confirmed in Guangxi that the raw meat was contaminated with O157: H7, and we should be highly vigilant and prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases caused by enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157: H7.
