对小叶紫檀、卢氏黑黄檀、非洲血檀和白酸枝进行高温热处理,探究热处理对其尺寸稳定性的影响。热处理温度为120℃、140℃、160℃和180℃,处理时间为2h。实验结果表明:高温热处理能够有效地降低试材的吸湿率,提高木材的尺寸稳定性。高温热处理使小叶紫檀、卢氏黑黄檀、非洲血檀及白酸枝吸湿率分别降低了40.0%-67.2%、44.1%-73.3%、36.8%-52.1%及16.3%-28.9%,体积湿胀率最多减小63.9%、56.6%、43.2%、21.6%。
The lobular red sandalwood, Romer Dalbergia, African Tan and white sour branch high temperature heat treatment to explore the impact of heat treatment on its dimensional stability. The heat treatment temperature is 120 ℃, 140 ℃, 160 ℃ and 180 ℃, the treatment time is 2h.
