采用负离子聚合法,以单官能团笼型烯丙基异丁基聚多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)和丁二烯为单体、正丁基锂为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)为调节剂,制备烯丙基异丁基POSS/聚丁二烯纳米杂化材料,并对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,在烯丙基异丁基POSS和丁二烯之间发生了共聚合反应,实现了活性负离子引发聚合制备POSS/聚丁二烯纳米杂化材料;ETE可有效调节1,2 -聚丁二烯结构的含量;随着烯丙基异丁基POSS用量的增加,纳米杂化材料的重均相对分子质量逐渐降低。
Anionic polymerization was used to synthesize poly (silyl) siloxanes with monofunctional cage-type allyl isobutyl polypolymers oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) and butadiene as monomer, n-butyl lithium as initiator and cyclohexane as solvent, Ethyltetrahydrofurfuryl ether (ETE) as regulator to prepare allyl isobutyl POSS / polybutadiene nano hybrid materials, and its structure was characterized. The results showed that copolymerization between allyl isobutyl POSS and butadiene was carried out and POSS / polybutadiene nanocomposite materials were prepared by living anion polymerization. ETE could effectively regulate 1,2 - poly Butadiene structure content; With the increase of the amount of allyl isobutyl POSS, the weight average molecular weight of nano-hybrid materials gradually decreased.
