共和国成立以来,由国家教育行政部门下发的有关减轻中小学生过重课业负担的红头文件,截至去年已有48个。教育界人士习惯地把这样的文件称为“减负令”。今年教育部下发的是第49个“减负令”。 Since the founding of the Republic, the number of red-handed documents on the burden of reducing primary and secondary school students’ heavy workloads issued by the State Education Administration has reached 48 as of last year. Education practitioners commonly refer to such documents as “burden reduction orders.” This year the Ministry of Education issued the 49th “burden reduction order.”
