我过去曾错误地认为作为专业课教师只要熟悉专业,即可上好课。经过近十年的教学实践,才逐渐体会到作为一名教师,必须遵循教学规律,备好课,写好教案,才能提高教学质量。备课时首先要深入钻研教材,弄通教学大纲的要求,并结合本校实际授课节次,采取单元备课,分节编写教案的办法,确定每一讲的内容、目的、重点和难点。其次是区分教学对象,研究每一讲的教学过程和教学方法。以便有的放矢,因材施教。一个好的教师应能启发学生开拓思路,使学生的智力获得良好的发展,不能就条文谈条文,就方法论方法,要讲清为什么会计制度要这样规定,为什么财务要这样处理,使学生既知其然,也知其所以然。只有这样,才能提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。根据笔者的体会,备课时,要抓对重点
I used to mistakenly think that as a professional teacher, as long as they are familiar with majors, they can do a good job.
