一、前言随着国民经济的发展,中国加入WTO以后,中国正向着“世界制造中心”的目标前进。数控技术在机械制造业的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。究其原因主要有:市场经济要求企业生产产品性能好、价格便宜、品种多样化、且不断改型,因而生产周期短,生产效率要求高,而仍采用以前的生产模式不能满足这些要求。数控加工就成了机械制造的主要加工手段,它综合应用了微电子技术、计算机技术和精密机械技术,广泛应用于数控机床及各种生产设备的柔性自动化控制,特别适用于机械制造业单件、小批量、复杂和精密的生产
