对ZL101A进行微弧氧化层的制备,并对微弧氧化后的试样进行了腐蚀性环境试验检测。采用电子扫描电镜、物相分析仪、显微硬度计、高温摩擦磨损试验机等对腐蚀试验前后的材料进行了组织观察分析、硬度测量和摩擦磨损值测定。结果表明,微弧氧化层的组织由α-Al_2O_3、γ-Al_2O_3和少量Al组成,高硬度的陶瓷层表现出良好的耐磨性及较好的抗腐蚀性。
The micro-arc oxidation of ZL101A was carried out and the corrosive environment test was carried out on the samples after micro-arc oxidation. The materials before and after the corrosion test were observed by SEM, phase analyzer, microhardness tester and high temperature friction and wear tester. The hardness, friction and wear were measured. The results show that the micro-arc oxidation layer consists of α-Al_2O_3, γ-Al_2O_3 and a small amount of Al. The high hardness ceramic layer shows good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
