近年来由于厌氧培养方法的改进,绝大部分厌氧菌感染都能得到明确的诊断。许多学者指出,牙髓坏死或坏疸并经X线证实有根周破坏的牙齿,其牙髓的厌氧菌培养阳性率很高,平均每克坏死牙髓组织有10~(7.7)个厌氧菌,这些厌氧菌可以直接扩散或者通过淋巴管、血液扩散而引起严重的并发症,并有因此而导致败血症,甚至死亡的报告。因此坏死牙髓组织的厌氧菌培养及分类对研究感染根管的细菌学、以提高疗效有很大的意义。本文报道46例牙髓坏死患牙的厌氧菌培养结果分析。

This article reports 46 cases of dental pulp necrosis of the teeth of anaerobic bacteria culture results.
