咽炎患者86例中男33例,女53例,23～60岁,病程1～5年,均为长期服药疗效不明显者;主要症状有咽干痛,咽痒伴陈发性刺激性呛咳。咽部体征有咽后壁淋巴滤泡充血或增生融合成块,咽侧索充血增生,咽部粘膜弥漫性充血。使用国产CO_2激光机,连续工作方式,波长10.6μm,输出功率1～300W,光斑直径0.2mm。患者取坐位,用1%丁卡因麻醉咽部表面2～3次,将激光头对准炎症组织,点状逐步气化。依病变处的红肿程度决定治疗次数,一般是充血粘膜处1次,红肿增生淋巴组织处3～4次。术后不用任何药物,当天即可进冷流质。24h进半流质及软食,1周内不进干硬食物。经激光照射后,73例自觉
