我院自1984年9月—1990年12月以来,运用上海市手术器械六厂生产的GF-I消化道管状吻合器行结肠与直肠下段端端吻合术26例,术后未发现吻合口瘘及狭窄,现报告如下。 男18例,女8例;年龄41—67岁。肿瘤距齿状线6～10cm者多侵犯直肠1/3～1/2周。
In our hospital since September 1984-December 1990, 26 cases of end-to-end anastomosis of the colon and lower rectum were performed using the GF-I digestive tract tubular stapler manufactured by Shanghai Surgical Instruments 6 Factory. No anastomotic leakage was found after surgery. And narrow, the report is as follows. 18 males and 8 females; aged 41-67 years old. The tumor from the dentate line 6 ~ 10cm more than the violation of rectum 1/3 ~ 1/2 week.
