本文研究了由苦杏仁浓制品(簡称浓制品)制备药典貭量的杏仁水的条件,测定了浓制品及由其制成的杏仁水的某些常数,并建議載入第九版国家药典中去。浓制品制法:将苦杏属的籽,冷压脫脂,使之发酵,然后进行水蒸气蒸溜,自餾液中分出苦杏仁油,加95°醇稀释至1∶1,过滤,再用95°醇稀释至含1.55—1.65%的HCN。
This article studied the conditions for the preparation of pharmacopoeia for almond water from amygdalin (concentrated products), determined certain constants and certain constants of almond water made from it, and suggested that it be included in the 9th edition of the National Pharmacopoeia.
