Millennials (generally people born between 1984 and 1995) are not alien, but they often have a bad reputation. You've heard many of these things - they advocate power, lack of loyalty, spend too much time on social media and do not know how to build face-to-face relationships. We mistakenly believe that this generation (currently the main force of the workforce) is completely different from any previous generation. As a result, employers tend to be tempted to ask such questions as: “How do we hire millennials? How can we improve their engagement? How can we keep this generation?”
