对涟钢7号高炉活跃炉缸的措施进行了总结。7号高炉因处理炉墙结厚,边沿气流过分发展,中心气流严重不足,且长期慢风操作,反复处理导致冷却壁和风口破损漏水,高炉炉芯温度持续下降,炉缸工作状况恶化。通过采取提高原燃料质量、调整高炉操作制度、强化高炉操作管理等措施,7号高炉炉芯温度止跌回升(由375℃回升到575℃,再到700℃以上),炉缸工作状况明显改善,利用系数达到2.41,燃料比降至515.83 kg/t。
