利用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)对真空蒸发沉积的聚苯胺-TCNQ(PANI-TCNQ)复合薄膜、纯聚苯胺薄膜及纯TCNQ 薄膜试样进行了对比分析。研究发现,纯PANI薄膜和纯TCNQ 薄膜都是绝缘膜,而用TCNQ 搀杂可获得具有较高导电特性的PANI-TCNQ 复合薄膜。而且与表面粗糙不连续的PANI薄膜和TCNQ薄膜相比,PANI-TCNQ复合薄膜易形成较大面积的表面结构完善的连续膜。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明PANI-TCNQ 复合薄膜中的PANI分子与TCNQ分子之间发生了电荷转移。透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究发现纯PANI薄膜是无定形态的薄膜,而PANI-TCNQ却是多晶薄膜。
The samples of polyaniline-TCNQ (PANI-TCNQ) composite film, pure polyaniline film and pure TCNQ film deposited by vacuum evaporation were compared by scanning tunneling microscope (STM). The study found that pure PANI film and pure TCNQ film are insulating film, and TCNQ doped with higher conductivity PANI-TCNQ composite film can be obtained. Moreover, compared with PANI film and TCNQ film with rough surface, PANI-TCNQ composite film is easy to form a continuous surface film with a large surface area. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis showed that there was charge transfer between PANI molecules and TCNQ molecules in PANI-TCNQ composite films. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) study found that pure PANI film is amorphous film, while PANI-TCNQ is polycrystalline film.
