一九七三年陈井泉同志育出的裸粒水稻(下称裸稻原种),经十余代的系统选育,颖壳的特异性状能稳定地遗传给后代,但因结实率低(11~14%)和千粒重轻(11~12克)两项不良性状始终未能改善,因而不能直接投入生产应用.由于裸稻原种具有蛋白质含量较高(11.5%以上)和颖壳大,利于创造大粒型裸粒稻等有利因素,张跃龙等同志曾作过回交改造探讨.本研究是他们研究的继续,目的在于从回交后代中探索几个主要农艺性状的遗传规律和进一步了解回交的效益,为再研究提供参考.
