新课程改革向我们教师提出了新的要求。教师已经不再是高高在上的领导者,而是要转换角色、要把以前注重知识传授的老师转换为组织、引领学生自主探究科学的亲密伙伴。教师身份转化后,引领学生自主探究科学的任务更艰巨,为了使素质教育能落到实处,真正体现出学生是科学探究的主体,教师把握住自己的角色身份是非常必要的。本文笔者分析一堂公开课案例,反思了课堂教学。
The new curriculum reform has put new demands on our teachers. Teachers are no longer leaders of superiority. Instead, they have to change their roles. They should transform teachers who previously emphasized knowledge imparting into organizations and lead students to explore their own intimate partners in science. After the transformation of teacher identity, the task of leading students to explore science independently becomes more arduous. In order to make quality education practicable, it is really necessary to show that students are the main body of scientific inquiry. The author of this article analyzes a case of open class, reflecting on classroom teaching.
