本文应用国产真彩图像分析仪，对６５例喉鳞癌石蜡切片中的Ｐ２１癌基因产物进行了测定，结果显示，Ｐ２１在喉鳞癌与正常喉粘膜中的表达差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），平均Ｏ．Ｄ值分别为０．０６５与０．０３９，并着重探讨了影响测定结果准确性的一些关键因素。
In this paper, P21 oncogene products in paraffin section of 65 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were measured by domestic true color image analyzer. The results showed that the expression of P21 was significantly different between laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and normal laryngeal mucosa (P <0. 01), on average. D values were 0.065 and 0.039 respectively, and focused on some key factors that affect the accuracy of the determination results.
