父不交权是民企交接班过程中的一大难题。我在广东讲课时,遇到一对企业家父子,父亲已经73岁,还不愿将企业权力交给45岁的儿子。在与我交流时,这位企业家老爸振振有词地说:“王永庆89岁才交权,我才73岁,还是个小弟弟呢!”父不交权是企业界普遍存在的现象,不仅在我国,世界上很多著名企业都有类似问题。例如IBM公司创始人老托马斯,80多岁依然不肯彻底放权给儿子,对企业与家族的各类事务仍具有强烈的控制欲望。直到离世,才最终罢手。
