世界上大多数城市规划中,不幸的是一般都不注意或没有意识到,当地人口增长要求供应系统与世界事务的关系,因而使规划不能付诸实现。为了解决这个矛盾,考虑到我们这个资源有限的世界,在大城市范围内的未来规划中,从事和加强对地下的利用,具有现实意义。本文研究,即是从随世界人口的增长,要求供应系统的增加讨论开始,着重于对城市环境、城市的生活状况和城市其它现有矛盾等问题解决的可能性进行估计,而后再对地下利用对于大城市未来规划建设中的意义作出正确的评价。
In most of the world’s urban planning, unfortunately, it is unfortunately generally not aware or aware that the growth of the local population requires a relationship between the supply system and world affairs, thus making planning impossible. In order to resolve this contradiction, taking into account our world of limited resources, it is of practical significance to engage in and enhance the use of underground in the future planning of large cities. The study of this article begins with an increase in the demand for supply systems as the world’s population grows. It focuses on estimating the urban environment, the living conditions of cities, and the possibility of solving other existing problems in cities, and then uses them underground. The correct evaluation of the significance of the planning and construction of large cities in the future.
