规范德育与德性德育是道德教育的两种基本范式。基于不同的价值导向,两者各具偏执:前者强调社会道德规范之灌输而忽略对德性的终极追求,后者则注重个体德性生成而忽视了社会道德的规训功能。现实表明,两者的对立与分歧皆不利于道德教育的有效实施,共融并进才是其合理路向。由分歧走向共融,架构一种介于规范伦理与德性伦理之间的、以社会道德规范为基本支撑的、以个体德性生成为终极目标的道德教育范式是当前道德教育的理想路径。
To standardize moral education and moral education is the two basic paradigms of moral education. Based on different values, they both have paranoid: the former emphasizes the inculcation of social morality and neglects the ultimate pursuit of virtue, while the latter emphasizes the generation of individual morality while ignoring the function of discipline of social morality. The reality shows that the opposition and the differences between the two are not conducive to the effective implementation of moral education and that merging and merging is its reasonable course. From divergence to communion, to construct a paradigm of moral education that is supported by social morality and standardized ethics and ethics of virtue and whose ultimate goal is the generation of individual virtue is the ideal path for current moral education.
