在西北工业大学NF-3风洞的二元试验段开展风力机翼型极大迎角(±180°)条件下气动力和力矩的直接测量研究。介绍了极大迎角条件翼型测力试验的设备及试验方法。分析试验测试天平量程匹配与常规迎角翼型测力试验时的差异。试验结果分析及与风洞测压试验结果的比较表明,在极大迎角条件下,翼型气动力和力矩的直接测量方法能得到与测压方法一致、正确的试验结果;极大迎角条件翼型测力试验时天平的量程应按体轴系各量最大值确定;此条件下测量天平法向力最大值与切向力最大值的比值为常规试验条件下两者比值的2~3倍。
The direct measurement of aerodynamic force and moment under the condition of maximum angle of attack (± 180 °) of the airfoil at the NF-3 wind tunnel of Northwestern Polytechnic University was carried out. The equipment and test methods of airfoil force measurement at very high angle of attack are introduced. Analyze the difference between the test test scale span matching and the conventional angle of attack airfoil force test. The analysis of the test results and the comparison with the wind tunnel pressure test results show that under the condition of great angle of attack, the direct measurement method of aerodynamic and moment of the airfoil can get the same test results with the pressure measurement method. Condition airfoil force test balance scale should be determined according to the maximum value of each body axis system; under these conditions the maximum value of the balance normal force and tangential force ratio of the maximum ratio of the conventional test conditions, the ratio of 2 ~ 3 times.
