在水平定向钻穿越管道回拖施工过程中,泥浆对回拖管道产生的剩余浮力经常造成管道与孔壁挤压接触,从而导致管道回拖摩擦阻力增大,进而影响到工程实施的成败。对回拖管道的受力情况进行研究,主要方法是建立管道在弯曲段和直线段的受力模型并进行分析计算。提出了配液量随管道回拖时间变化的函数关系式,实现了大口径管道在回拖过程中配液量的动态调节。在工程案例分析中,利用该函数关系式的计算结果可以达到平衡泥浆对管道产生的剩余浮力、减小管道回拖阻力的目的,进而为管道回拖的施工环节提供充分的理论依据。
During the construction process of horizontal directional drilling through the pipeline back-dragging, the residual buoyancy generated by the mud on the back-drag pipeline often causes the pipe and the hole wall to be squeezed into contact with each other, resulting in the increase of drag resistance of the pipeline and further affecting the success of the project implementation. The main work of this paper is to establish the stress model of the pipe in the curved section and the straight section and analyze and calculate it. The function relation between the amount of liquid and the time of backdraft is proposed, which realizes the dynamic adjustment of the amount of liquid in large diameter pipe during the dragback process. In the engineering case analysis, the calculation result of the function can achieve the purpose of balancing the residual buoyancy caused by the mud on the pipeline and reducing the drag resistance of the pipeline, so as to provide a sufficient theoretical basis for the construction of the pipeline dragback.
