用呼吸代谢EMP途径的抑制剂,碘乙酸钠,筛选出经EMS诱变处理的油菜幼胚培养苗的抗碘乙酸钠突变体.抗性系的葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的活性明显高于对照,表明其HMP途径增强.对抗性系后代的多种生物学性状进行试验观察,结果表明:其产量和含油量分别比对照高27.6%和6.55%,并且其油份品质提高,耐菌核病能力增强,成熟期提早.我们认为抗性系的这些优良性状与HMP途径增强直接相关,并提出呼吸代谢EMP途径的抑制剂可以用作油料作物无性系诱发突变体的筛选剂.
An inhibitor of respiratory metabolic EMP pathway and sodium iodoacetate were screened for the sodium iodoacetate mutants of rapeseed immature embryos cultured by EMS mutagenesis. The resistance of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity was significantly higher than the control, indicating that the HMP pathway is enhanced. The results showed that the yield and oil content were 27.6% and 6.55% higher than that of the control respectively, and the quality of the oil components was improved and the ability of sclerotinia sclerotiorum was enhanced. Early maturity. We believe these excellent traits of resistant lines are directly related to the enhancement of HMP pathways and suggest that inhibitors of the respiratory metabolic EMP pathway can be used as screening agents for clonal induced mutants of oilseed crops.
