目的:采用微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定大米中多种金属元素含量。方法:采用硝酸微波消解进行前处理,ICP-MS检测的方法进行测定,考察方法测定的精密度、线性范围、检出限、回收率等。用该方法测定大米中多种金属元素含量。结果:各元素在相应的浓度标准曲线范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995~1.0000,检出限为0.003~0.01mg/L,回收率为85.7%~106.1%,相对标准偏差为0.76%~2.45%。结论:该方法测定大米中的重金属元素操作方便,灵敏度高,干扰较小,检出限低,精密度高,准确度较好,可用于同时测定大米中多种元素的含量。“,”Objective:The content of various metal elements in rice was determined by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods: the method was used to pre-treatment with microwave digestion of nitric acid and ICP-MS, and the precision, linear range, detection limit and recovery rate were investigated. The content of various metal elements in rice was determined by this method. Results: the correlation coefficient was 0.9995-1.0000, the detection limit was 0.003-0.01mg/l,the recovery rate was 85.7% - 106.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.76% - 2.45%. Conclusion: the method is convenient to operate, sensitive, less interference, low detection limit, high precision and good accuracy. It can be used to determine the content of various elements in rice at the same time.
