运用模糊数学可使情报研究成果的评价因素规律化,从而得出较精确、合理的结果。而采用手工计算方法,繁杂,工作量大,不利于推广应用。只有运用人脑、电脑和模糊数学相结合的方法(其系统图如下所示)来评价情报研究成果,实现评价方法电脑化,才具有较大的实用价值。一、情报研究成果的初评模型设有10人组成的评委对某情报研究成果按照以下28个评价因素(如下所示)进行打分初评(按四个等级打分,初评表略),
By using fuzzy mathematics, the evaluation factors of intelligence research can be regularized to get more accurate and reasonable results. The manual calculation method, complicated, heavy workload, is not conducive to the promotion and application. Only by using a combination of human brain, computer and fuzzy mathematics (the system diagram shown below) to evaluate the intelligence research results, computerization of evaluation methods, it has great practical value. I. Preliminary Evaluation Model of Intelligence Research Results A 10-member panel of judges made a preliminary evaluation on the results of a certain intelligence study based on the following 28 evaluation factors (as shown below). The evaluation was based on four levels and the preliminary evaluation table was omitted.
