随着岩巷掘进机械化作业线的发展,钻眼深度逐渐加深,普通光爆施工时周边成型质量难以控制,炮眼利用率下降,造成浪费。试验研究表明,采用周边定向断裂爆破则可克服这种弊端。文章介绍了大同矿务局对该课题的试验研究方法及研究成果。研究成果表明:采用切缝药包工艺简单可行,超欠挖量可控制在100mm以内。光爆指标比普通光爆法降低30%以上。
With the development of rock mechanized tunneling mechanization line, the drilling depth is gradually deepened. The quality of surrounding shaping is hard to be controlled in ordinary light burst construction, and the utilization rate of shots drops, resulting in waste. Experimental studies show that the use of circumferential directional blasting can overcome this drawback. This article introduces the experimental research methods and research results of Datong Mining Bureau on the subject. The research results show that: the use of kerf kits process is simple and feasible, over-under-digging can be controlled within 100mm. Light burst index than ordinary light burst method to reduce more than 30%.
