目的通过单独补充叶黄素、大豆甙元、卵磷脂以及三者联合补充,以观察它们对小鼠体内抗氧化体系的影响。方法采用灌胃方法,各组持续给予受试物6周。取小鼠血清、肝组织以及脑进行与抗氧化相关的生化检验。结果单独以及联合补充均能提高小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-Px)的活力,其中单独补充叶黄素能显著增加小鼠血清中GSH-Px活力(P<0.05),联合补充能显著增加肝组织中GSH-Px活力(P<0.01),且体现出一定的联合协同效应。单独以及联合补充均能提高小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,只有联合补充能显著提高血清以及肝组织中SOD活力(P<0.05),但在各组中均体现出一定的联合协同效应。单独以及联合补充均能降低小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量。其中单独补充叶黄素能显著降低小鼠血清中MDA含量(P<0.05),单独补充大豆甙元能显著降低小鼠脑和肝组织中MDA含量(P<0.05),单独补充卵磷脂能显著降低小鼠脑和血清中MDA含量(P<0.05),联合补充对小鼠血清、脑以及肝组织中MDA含量均能显著降低(P<0.01),且在血清和脑组织中体现出一定的联合协同效应。单独以及联合补充均能显著提高小鼠大脑神经细胞膜脂流动性(P<0.05)。结论补充叶黄素、大豆甙元及卵磷脂能明显改善小鼠体内抗氧化体系、脂质代谢以及大脑神经细胞膜脂流动性。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of lutein, daidzein, lecithin and their combination on antioxidant system in mice. Methods gavage method, each group continued to give the test substance for 6 weeks. Take the mouse serum, liver and brain biochemical tests associated with antioxidant. Results Both GSH-Px and GSH-Px activity in mouse serum, brain and liver were increased by single or combined supplementation. Lutein alone could significantly increase GSH-Px activity (P <0.05) , And combined treatment can significantly increase the activity of GSH-Px in liver tissue (P <0.01), and show some synergistic effects. Both alone and in combination could increase superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum, brain and liver tissue of mice, and only the combined supplementation could significantly increase the SOD activity in serum and liver (P <0.05) Reflects a certain degree of synergies. Both alone and in combination could decrease the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum, brain and liver of mice. Lutein alone could significantly reduce the content of MDA in serum (P <0.05). Supplementation of daidzein alone could significantly reduce the content of MDA in brain and liver of mice (P <0.05), while lecithin alone could significantly reduce the content of MDA MDA content in brain and serum (P <0.05), combined with supplementation on the serum, brain and liver tissue MDA levels were significantly decreased (P <0.01), and in serum and brain tissue showed some synergies effect. Both alone and in combination could significantly increase membrane lipid fluidity in the brain cells of mice (P <0.05). Conclusion Supplementation of lutein, daidzein and lecithin can significantly improve antioxidant system, lipid metabolism and membrane lipid fluidity in the brain of mice.
