采用离体豚鼠气管螺旋条法，观察新疆药用层孔菌浸提液对组胺和毛果芸香碱所致气管平滑肌痉挛的缓解作用。对各组舒缩曲线分析表明，药用层孔菌对组胺所致气管平滑肌痉挛的解痉百分率为68．6％，对毛果芸香碱所致痉挛的解痉百分率为64．8％。与特效平喘药氨茶碱作用结果进行方差分析表明，药用层孔菌对组胺所致痉挛的缓解作用比氨茶碱强，而对毛果芸香碱所致痉挛的缓解作用与氨茶碱组无显著差异。
In vitro guinea pig tracheal spiral strip method was used to observe the alleviating effects of extracts of Phellinus ostreatus from Xinjiang on tracheal smooth muscle spasm caused by histamine and pilocarpine.
